This week Narellan SWNG is doing a special problem solving event.

If you have a problem you want help from the group to solve then bring it along and hear what other members feedback is. This is a popular event where in the past members have discussed issues like

• When am I ready to hire my first employee


• How should I set my pricing


• How do I create ownership of tasks and work with my employees


• I am considering offer a new service or product but and not sure on some things

The volunteer says their issue and each member can then ask some simple questions to get more detail. Then lastly each member says one suggested solution as "If I were you I'd" so the owner can get feedback and see if any suggestions help solve the problem

Agenda

• Arrive by 6:50 am and network


• Sit down by 7:00 am, 60 seconds intro by each Business


• Start by 7:30 am on Raps, Referrals and General Business, limited to 20 minutes total


• Presentation will start by 7:55 am, allowing 5 minutes for slight delays


• Presentation until 8:25 am


• Close of meeting by 8:30 am
