Welcome to SWNG Camden - This week, we are pleased to be hearing from Nathan Pickering from Picks PT. 

Nathan Pickering is the owner and personal trainer at Picks PT with over 7 years in the health and fitness industry, he believes personal training is about staying motivated and achieving results within the desired time frame.

To achieve the best results, he creates individual personal training programs tailor-made for each client. Nathan is a certified personal trainer; level 2 AUSREP with Fitness Australia and additionally, he had successfully completed studies in strength and conditioning. He also specializes in Boxing, Pilates fundamentals and nutritional support for children, teens, and adults.
